But I think something has changed. Their scheduling is very poor!!!!! They don’t keep to it. Plan on waiting the whole day and evening. I think they as overpriced, too. Or it’s the one guy that has come out twice to my house. He had worked on my door for 10 minutes maybe and in the truck for over 30 minutes. Maybe that’s why they can’t keep the schedule???? Don’t know. Also it seems they or “he” would rather sell me a new door altogether. Just be aware. My thoughts on the company are conflicted at the moment.

The company reached out to me and we were able to have someone come back out and they were able to address my issues.
The fact alone that they cared enough is why I’ve changed my review!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arrived home one evening late to a garage door that would not go up. In further inspection I found it had a broken spring. So I researched companies & went with Overhead Door due to the # of yrs in business & # of current reviews. I set up an appt online for the next morning. Ryan arrived a couple minutes early. He gave the price for one & the price for two springs. I asked what he would do & from his experience he recommended replacing both & another part that was obviously original which made it 30 yrs old. So he explained everything he would do, answered all my questions professionally & worked quickly to accomplish the task. Ryan was very kind, patient & professional.
