Overhead replaced our old rickety garage door with a new one last year; James was timely and efficient, never pressured for anything unnecessary, courteous & professional. Then a few weeks ago, one of our drivers placed too much confidence in their EV sensors 😬 and ended up denting the lower rail of the garage door track. Overhead sent out 25+yr veteran Stan the same day to replace the rail and get the door moving smoothly again. Called their number to request service and my information was received very competently by their lady person on the phone and said she could have someone come by 4. The technician Chris  arrived at my location and surveyed the situation and surmised I needed new springs. He was very professional in his communication giving me what needed to be done and the approx cost. He then fixed the problem in an hour and now the door works great at a reasonable price. Chris delivered an awesome 5 stars level customer service and I will certainly recommend Overhead to friends and family!
