 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It started off frustrating with the first tech not arriving at all for the scheduled window time of  7-10am. I called to inquire on status due to lateness, it was approximately 5 mins after 10 am. I was informed that the tech was still out on another call. It would have been professional to at least have received a call and offered another tech. Instead after a brief hold, the tech offered to call me 45 mins after the window time to state when his ETA would be. I declined and asked for another time that day, as I had to leave for a meeting. I was offered another window of time later that afternoon 4-7 pm.  This time Nate texted me 5 mins prior to 4pm with an ETA of 40 mins.  He arrived prior to his ETA and was very professional and efficient.  Because of Nate I'm giving 4 stars!  It would have been 5, if the previous tech would have at least called or texted me he was running late, that would have been a little frustrating but professional.
