Called their number to request service and my information was received very competently by their lady person on the phone and said she could have someone come by 4. The technician Chris  arrived at my location and surveyed the situation and surmised I needed new springs. He was very professional in his communication giving me what needed to be done and the approx cost. He then fixed the problem in an hour and now the door works great at a reasonable price. Chris delivered an awesome 5 stars level customer service and I will certainly recommend Overhead to friends and family!
