Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been customers of Overhead Door Company for decades! And for decades, they’ve been fabulous! Most recently, Erik Ruhl was our technician! And he was absolutely incredible in every way! He was so informative, communicative, patient, really going out of his way to solve our problem…..which he did! We would recommend Overhead Door in a second! And we hope you get Mr Ruhl as your technician and have the same superb experience we had! Thanks so much!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars

I cannot say enough great things about Erik Ruhl with Overhead Door Atlanta! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were phenomenal.

Not only was he an absolute expert in everything he did, but he also took the time to walk me through all the technology, explain the little nuances, and make sure I actually understood how to use everything. He went above and beyond simply fixing the problem.

What I appreciated most was his patience and willingness to educate me rather than just get the job done and leave. I now feel so much more confident using my garage door system and, most importantly, safer in my own home.

Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and Erik absolutely delivered. Overhead Door Atlanta is lucky to have him! Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great price, fast service (same day) very knowledgeable and experienced. I had them come to fix my moms 3 car garage - both sets of springs were broken and one opener set was totally fried. I had originally called another company that declined to do the work…. So I assumed it was going to be a big deal. It wasn’t. Very fair pricing and in about 3 hours the whole job was completed. If you are looking for a garage door company, this is the one.
