Thank you to the Overhead Receptionist for scheduling a same-day service, and thank you to Joshua for fixing my door correctly with the right part! I previously had another garage door company come out to replace the rubber gasket on the bottom of the garage door. They replaced the retainer as well, but they did not have the correct size or parts. He measured everything to ensure he had the correct part and completed the project in 30 minutes or less. Quality workmanship and service. Highly recommend. Note: I specifically have an overhead garage door and am very happy with the results. I will not be making the mistake of using another company. Our spring had finally sprung and we couldn't even lift the garage door to be able to extract the vehicles remaining in the garage.  A call made to the Overhead Door Company of Atlanta produced a quick and terrific response by Ryan, one of their technicians.  Not only did he come out within a couple of hours of calling, but he quickly and efficiently remedied the problem.  This is the second time we've had to use this company in the last few years and there is nobody else that I would use besides them.  They are professional, responsive and thorough in their work. After calling around to 4 companies, I finally found Overhead Door and they actually had someone working on a Saturday and available that afternoon. The service guy arrived right on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts and also fixed the very loud noise my door was making while he was there. Recently, we had some trouble with the garage door is coming up the reel and I requested Service From overhead door company of Atlanta and they did a very good job to fix everything perfectly.
